Security of government records
Our document storage warehouse is one of the most secure sites in our industry, employing constantly monitored CCTV, motion sensing intruder alarms, a completely secure perimeter and direct links with the police and fire service.
Security of deliveries and collections
Our staff are security vetted to BS7858 (2006) standards, and are highly trained. Our average length of service for our frontline staff is over 12 years. Your regular deliveries will typically be made by the same driver.
I need a file right now
Should you require a file at very short notice, this can be delivered to you using our emergency delivery service. In rare circumstances that you should require a file even sooner, we can make the file available for collection at our facility. Alternatively files can be delivered to you using our scan on demand service.
Document retention
All of your documents can be assigned a date for destruction by you, when this date arrives, we will inform you of this by email, allowing you to decide if you wish to have the documents securely destroyed, or continue with storage.
