Many organisations find the idea of converting their paper archives into digital form attractive, usually under the impression that this will save on storage costs and make the information more readily available.

At Kelly’s we offer a service whereby we will store your complete paper archive, scanning and delivering (via the internet, fax, email or CD) documents as and when they are required.

The process of scanning is very expensive, and in the case of a large archive, can take a long period of time to complete.  In our experience, the costs of digitally scanning a box of paper files will be more expensive than several (often 10+) years of storage, much longer than many documents are required to be retained.
