Quality Of Staff

At Kelly’s we believe that our staff are our greatest asset, and that the quality of service delivered to our customers is our foremost priority.

Experienced Staff:

We have a very low turnover of staff, and feel that we employ the most experienced staff in our industry.  Many of our employees have worked with our company for over 30 years, and our average length of service is over 12 years.

Security Vetting:

At Kelly’s we take security very seriously.  All of our staff are security vetted to BSIA standards, and this process is repeated throughout their employment with us.  Temporary staff are rarely used, and when they are, they are never unsupervised.
