Custom reports can be emailed to you on a regular schedule, or simply as required.

Our secure document management website allows customers to instantly request delivery or collection of their documents, track deliveries, account inventories, item status reporting, invoicing and billing information and much more. Our own software development department constantly updates our document storage website, adding new features and services.

Barcode Tracking / Live Tracking:

Our GPRS enabled barcode scanners allow you to live track your documents at all times using our website.

On Site Document Tracking:

We can provide software services that will allow you customers to track documents within your own office.  This software is integrated into our document management website, and will provide you with a one-stop solution for locating your documents, whether in your care, or ours.
