Emergency Retrieval / Delivery Service

Our normal retrieval service requires customers to request their documents, files or tapes by 4pm for delivery on the next working day, however should you require delivery of a item with much less notice, Kelly's offers and emergency retrieval and delivery service.

2 Hour Delivery Service:

During normal working hours, emergency retrievals are normally delivered within 2 hours of receiving the request from the customer.

Emergency Delivery Over Large Distances:

If a document is required to be delivered over a large distance, your document can be delivered to you via motorcycle courier, alternatively we can electronically scan any document you require, and deliver these to you via email, internet or fax.

Outside Working Hours:

Should your organisation operate outside of our normal opening hours, we are still able to provide emergency retrievals, it is not uncommon for emergency items to be delivered in the middle of the night.

Self Collection:

Should you have an extreme requirement to access a document, we are happy to access a document from your archive, and have it waiting for you to collect from our warehouse.
