Delivery and collection services

At Kelly’s, we understand that the reliable collection and retrieval of your documents is as important as safe, secure and clean warehousing.  We employ our own delivery drivers, all of which have been security vetted to BSIA standards.

‘To your desk’ service:

Unlike other storage companies, our drivers can deliver and collect boxes directly to the person who requested them, services offered by other document storage companies usually end at your doorway or reception desk.

Quality and consistency of service:

We believe that consistency of service is essential to our customers, therefore our delivery drivers typically navigate the same route each day.  This means that you will receive your documents at around same time.

As Kelly’s believes in investing in quality, we work hard to ensure that our staff turnover rates are low.  As a result of this, our average length of service for frontline staff members is over 12 years.  We strongly believe that experienced and competent staff significantly enhance the quality of service delivered to our customers.
